In a previous news article we announced that Cognition’s would be supporting St James White City’s Palace to Palace charity bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor and finishing in Reading in support of Key4Life.  We are delighted to say that the ride was completed by 15 plucky St James staff and contractors including our very own Andy O’Dea.  Not being satisfied with the 101km planned course, Andy also rode from his home in Reading to the start at Buckingham Palace and ended up completing a full loop of 175km on the day. 

Andy said: “This was a fantastic event organised by St James in support of a great charity programme and we are delighted to have been invited to participate.  I really enjoyed the day out with a fantastic group and it was great to see everyone getting over the line in Reading for some well-deserved refreshments!” 

The event has raised just shy of £20k but the donation page is still open and you can still make last minute donations here. 

We look forward to being involved again next year.  Who knows where the route may take us!
