Located in West London, the area is part of Hammersmith and Fulham’s regeneration scheme delivering 528 homes. Our works involved installation of piling mats and completion of the earthworks, including the excavation and capping beam installation of the 12,000m3 basement serving the new development. Our geoenvironmental expertise was called upon to assist with the redesign of the basement piles to alleviate settlement risk. We also designed and installed a retaining wall to allow enabling works to be undertaken in close proximity to White City underground station.
