Bow Common – The Project of the month - February 2023.
The Bow Common project was the highest scored for H&S and Environmental compliance across all Cognition projects in February! It generates a robust Friday Pack for the client and successfully utilises an electronic (QR Code) system for tracking of plant and lifting equipment. All lifting equipment on site has a 3-month certification process in place.
The Team additionally showed excellent awareness of all site’s environmental constraints and aspects and regularly adjusted and maintained all mitigating measures while efficiently progressing the phasing of the works. Additional documentation has been generated in a timely manner, detailing the work packages (task plans), which adds additional clarification of each task.
