Mandatory BNG on Developments - Do you have a view?

The Land Trust, in partnership with Land Promoters and Developers Federation and The Home Builders Federation, are conducting a major study across the industry to gather opinions about mandatory Biodiversity New Gain.

If you are involved with residential development in England, you need to be aware of this initiative - it will affect the development potential and viability of your sites, particularly brownfield land. Andy O'Dea  will be promoting an article on BNG and its effect on brownfield land development shortly appearing in the AGS newsletter, so watch out for that.
