Enfield Council is running a Construction Skills Bootcamp and this has included CPCS Vehicle Marshall training to provide employment opportunities on the Meridian Water SIW site and wider development. We are proud to be helping provide our local community with new learning and employment opportunities.

Our work placement students, James and David, have been able to shadow our Vehicle Marshalls on site, learning how the site operations take place, learning about Health and Safety and the routine of construction projects.

Last week provided them with a taster of the Cognition environment, but we look forward to welcoming James and David back to the team once their training is completed!
