Coming to the end of 16 months of contamination remediation, ground improvement and earthworks at the former Klondyke Industrial Estate on the Isle of Sheppey.
Filling in the last remaining areas and then moving into a phase of settlement monitoring and surcharging. Mind you, with the installation of PVDs across the site reducing the design settlement time from 30 years to 6 months, things should move forward a bit quicker ;-).
