Cognition Business Announcement
Following our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2021, Cognition Land and Water is pleased to announce some exciting changes to the senior management. From 4 September 2023, Robert Fox took on the role of Managing Director. Rob has been with Cognition for over 12 years, most recently as Operations Director, and is looking forward to taking on the challenges and opportunities that come with being Managing Director. Richard Hosking has been working closely with Rob over the last year towards this transition. Richard will move to the role of Director and will continue to work with and advise Rob and his management team for the coming years. This management change has the support and encouragement of all members of the Board and ensures strong and effective business continuity is in place going forward.
We are happy to assure you, our clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and partners, that we shall continue to provide the high quality, cost effective and pragmatic contamination remediation and ground engineering services you have come to expect from Cognition Land and Water. Despite the current turbulent market conditions in the UK, Cognition continues to go from strength to strength, in no small measure due to the excellent relationships we have developed with our client base over the last 20 years.
Rob, the Board and the whole Senior Management Team have some exciting plans for the growth and development of Cognition Land and Water over the coming years and we will outline these in future announcements.
