We have 7 graduates from 4 different disciplines enrolled today, led by Cathy and Simmone of The Millwood Partnership and Andy O'Dea.

Today saw the programme launch 1-2-1 coaching, and various group exercises and briefings. Senior leaders were present with lots of informal discussions within the grads as well as with the senior team.

Further events and exercises in the diary and also feeding into structured professional training, for example with Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
