The activities of the second session had our newcomers participating in 1-2-1 coaching, and various group exercises and briefings. Senior leaders were present with lots of informal discussions between the graduates and the senior team.

The graduates have their last session next month, but until then we hope all our graduates can use what they have learned to better themselves and their respective careers!
