We have opened an office at Nexus in Leeds, a vibrant community for innovators and entrepreneurs, with a very talented and experienced team of experts, from a variety of relevant industry backgrounds.

Our initial focus is on producing sustainable, commercially viable, low and carbon negative hydrogen, ideally for at the point of use. We will not only provide the hydrogen but the complex associated infrastructure including compression, storage, chilling and dispensing that is required in producing hydrogen, hydrogen logistics and refuelling facilities.  As with Cognition Land and Water, safety, integrity and innovation remain core values. As a certified carbon neutral company, we continuously strive to improve our practices for the betterment of the environment.

Cognition Land and Water co-working with Cognition Clean Energy will be able to provide our clients with a one-stop shop from planning, permitting and land stabilisation, we have the capability to remediate sites, install infrastructure, and provide clean energy solutions to contribute to a more sustainable future for the UK.

As well as working within a long-established international framework of energy and transport fuel and industrial gas experts, we will continue to engage and partner researchers and entrepreneurs at the Nexus at Leeds University; already working with The School of Process & Chemical Engineering on producing hydrogen from Biogas and methodologies for producing Syngas for E-Fuels and SAF and now in discussion for the cracking of Ammonia as a hydrogen carrier. Our strategic alliances with several European specialist equipment manufactures will enable us to introduce state-of-the-art hydrogen production and infrastructure technologies, poised to revolutionize the landscape of hydrogen supply in the UK.
