Work Works' vision is to upskill and empower people to help lead them into sustainable careers. We spoke to young adults aged 16-19 from our local community, Enfield, who were struggling to decide on a career path. Along with the other companies that participated, we worked together to educate these young adults on the different avenues they can explore as a career. It was a truly rewarding experience for the employees who participated, and we hope that we were able to help those we spoke to in some way.
