The project has involved us contending with challenging ground conditions, particularly wet weather, a high groundwater table, as well as a keen focus on stakeholder engagement with local businesses and residents.

Last Friday, we completed our mid-project progress meeting with the client following a site walkover. Elivia Homes were very complimentary about our works, praising our project communication, technical quality, health and safety, environmental controls, and overall delivery of the works to date on time and to budget. We're on schedule to complete the project in the middle of June.
