Cognition is always eager to support our employees’ ambitions and career development because investment in learning and development is a core value of the company. We have an active staff development programme, with over 30% of our staff being graduates or on long term training. Also, we are sponsoring training on NVQ levels 4, 5, 6 & 7 for both trades and management roles, and we have invested a lot in training site supervisors and managers.

Carly is completing her CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification and has just passed her first exam. Becca is currently studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. She is halfway through the process, having passed her first assignment and submitted her second. After completing Level 3, she has further ambitions of taking on Level 5.
