They rigorously reviewed our processes and record keeping around H&S, temporary works, risk registers, etc.  They also did a thorough site inspection across the whole site.  They were very complimentary about everything we are doing at Compton.  They were impressed with how the site looks and feels, and the high levels of record keeping and information available at our fingertips. They were also very complimentary about the swift and decisive action we took after incidents and how we have disseminated learning points across the whole company.  In short, a glowing report!

We are working continuously with Homes England and their Project Manager, Arcadis, so that all parties learn from incidents, improve communication and project information sharing so that we continuously improve our operations and performance on the project, and more widely across Cognition.  

Thomas Hindley, Arcadis, remarked ‘Thanks for your time and efforts yesterday, I got the impression that Homes England’s' Safety Leadership were very happy with everything, and I think we can all be proud of what we're doing and how we’re doing it.’
