Recently, Cognition’s management team took part in the first stage of our management training program, designed to build upon our already strong leadership foundation. This initiative aims to further enhance employee performance and engagement, increase consistency, improve communication, and create an even more positive work environment.
The course focused on key areas such as the employee lifecycle, the rights and responsibilities of workers, strategies for strengthening working relationships, enhancing communication skills, and refining techniques for effective workload management and delegation.
