Meridian Water has struck a deal to build film and tv studios

Great news that Meridian Water has struck a deal to build film and tv studios at the site - and to be open in super-quick time in Spring 2021! Cognition was proud to have played a part in the regeneration of the area through contamination remediation of the 8 hectare former gasworks at Willoughby Lane at Meridian Water. Congratulations to Enfield Council and the wider project team.
